About Carley
Carley is a resident of Trenton Ontario, and a mother to her two children. She works for Community Living Quinte West while running her own business, On Board Grazing Co. where she loves creating art with food to serve to people in and around her community. In the beginning, her goal was to buy a farm and open a venue. A few things changed, a pandemic happened and On Board was born. Being able to work from home during the pandemic and seeing a need from people who still want to have a “date night” but unfortunately have no where to go, Carley formed her business idea and the rest is history. Carley is an avid listener of a wide variety of music, collector of tattoos and loves vintage items with a good back story! Supporting local businesses within and around her community is very important to her and she uses local ingredients within her business to the best of her availability.
